Optimizing My Morning
Mornings are crucial to starting my day off well. Many people have said the same thing about their mornings. But I didn’t take them seriously until I realized the important role rituals play in improving one’s life.
The key is creating a morning ritual. I’ll talk about what I mean by rituals next week on Monday. But suffice it to say that rituals are undeniably the best formula for helping you achieve your goals.
Without further ado here’s my morning routine:
Wake up.
Get dressed.
Drink a 1/2 litre water mixed with sea salt and lime.
15 minutes of mediation/prayer.
50-70 push-ups
2-3 minutes of cold shower.
Coffee and breakfast.
